As Parents...

Tolerence

Why do we coddle people in our lives that treat us poorly rather than stand up to them and demand respect? Expect them to be good people to us and others?  What are we so afraid of? How much could things change if we did not, in general, as a normal pattern in society? May we shift out tolerence for being abused and disrespected to a tolerance of people different than us and acceptence of those who truly need it.
