"Why Does the Universe Bait and Switch?"

"What’s a Universe bent on moving us in the direction of increasing awareness, health and well-being left to do? Why, bait and switch, of course." 

This week Mark Brady tries to convince me the universe does have my best interests at heart, even if it has to trick me into something to cause transformation and growth. Even if it has to be painful, and bring up memories to heal. Yes, according to him this trickery is for the greater good, and no better work is done than to be bait and switched on matters of the heart...
